Selected individuals will be in charge of directing OUR PROTEOMICS
FACILITY. Candidates are expected to have extensive expertise in the
field of interest. Experience in MALDI-TOFF AND ION TRAP MASSSPECTROMETRY
TECHNOLOGIES are required. There are no nationality restrictions. Salaries
will becommensurate with qualifications and experience. Positions are available
immediately.

The Centro de Investigación del Cáncer (CIC)
is a cancer research institute located on the biomedical
campus of the University of Salamanca, Spain. The CIC contains 20 independent
research laboratories and
state-of-the-art facilities such as multiarray cDNA technology, proteomics,
transgenesis, and a tumor bank.
The CIC includes groups engaged in basic, clinical, and translational
research on cancer whose activities
are evaluated periodically by an outside Scientific Committee. In addition,
the CIC is located adjacent to
the University Hospital and the Life Sciences Departments of the University
of Salamanca to enhance the
interaction among basic and clinical researchers. Further details about the
